El cuarto episodio de el video EP de Cinco partes de nuestra muy querida H2O •

Lo que nos enganchó de su trabajo fue su manera de hacer las cosas. Usando herramientas simples y muy bien seleccionadas, tuerce y manipula sonidos en maneras inesperadas, usando nada mas un aparato, en un proceso no lineal que nunca se repite. Cada pieza es efímera y grabada en vivo.

Esta manera de explorar el sonido libremente es la virtud que pierden los adultos a medida que crecen. Ese espiritu exploratorio nos puede llevar a conocer las realidades mas profundas de la experiencia humana; a traves de juegos de ruido y exploracion espontánea podemos entender lo maleable y relativa que es nuestro viaje en esta dimension.

La creatividad es dificil de comprender. No la entendemos bien, pero sabemos que florece en las manos ingeniosas de los niños. Somos demasiados los profesionales que hemos perdido el sentido del asombro, y la alegira en nuestros procesos creativos.

ese espiritu vive en las exploraciones audiovisuales de H2o. Un proceso puro y dedicado. de esto se trata querides.

the 4th instalment of H20's 5 part EP "SOIL"

What got us hooked on H2O is her process. using a very well selected toolkit, she warps and manipulates sounds in ways that are wholly unexpected. all with the use of one machine, in a non-linear process that never repeats. Each piece is ephemeral and recorded live as it is made.

Her way of freely exploring sound is the sign of a truly engaged artist, an open mind, and a playful child's spirit that gets to the most deep realities of our human lives, through games of noise, and whimsical exploration.

Creativity is incomprehensible. we do not understand it. but we do know that it thrives in a child's hands. and as professionals, keeping our children eyes, is one of the hardest things to do. Keeping the joy above all the other concerns of the artistic life.

H2o embodies that. a pure and dedicated process, and wonderful.
